Jolie serves as an Advantage Kids Junior Ambassador and is the recipient of USTA’s Junior Community Impact Award. She is excited about her leadership role for Rally For Tennis (RFT) and is committed to promote RFT’s mission of providing access to tennis for underserved athletes.

I’ve been part of RFT for several years, and it’s been a great experience helping young kids learn to play the game I love. For the last couple summers, we’ve been able to meet the kids for a day and play tennis with them. They are enthusiastic and fun. RFT supports them in learning and improving their tennis. Please join me this year in continuing to make tennis more accessible to all.Â

My name is Sofia Kovarzin, and I am the Chapter Director for Rally for Tennis at Newton South High School. I’ve been playing tennis since I was young, and I’m also passionate about helping others—I volunteer my time tutoring kids or lending a hand at the food shelter whenever I can. Through RFT, I’m excited to lead fundraising efforts, grow our team, and inspire more students and players to get involved, build leadership skills, and make a difference both on and off the court.Â

Lily is a student in the Newark Academy Class of 2027 and a USTA tournament player. She joined the school’s varsity tennis team as a freshman and was named captain for the upcoming 2025 season. Lily is also an avid runner and is captain of the varsity spring track team. Â

Alec is a junior at Newark Academy in Livingston NJ. He enjoys tennis – playing during the summers and socially. An avid Lacrosse player for his HS team, Alec is passionate about giving back. He is committed to GNTE and their important mission to service the youth of Newark NJ.Â
For as long as I can remember, tennis has been far more than a sport for me, it has been a way for me to clear my head. Being able to volunteer at GNTE, and coach kids to play tennis has been an absolute dream. Just seeing how much joy the sport brings them reminds me of the first day I picked up a racket at the age of 5.
